Today 31st of December 2012 the Maritime Museum of Litohoro was visited by Mayor of Ephesus Turkey with the Mayor of Municipality Dion - Olympus Mr Papathanasiou George. The tour was made by the members of Board Directors of Maritime Museum of Litohoro Mr Triantafyllou John and Mr Feloni Chris. Photographs from the visit can be seen below:

Reception in honor of Saint Nicholas |

Successfully was held on 6th of December 2012 the standard reception of Maritime Museum Litochorou in honor of the patron saint of sailors Saint Nikolaos in the Maritime Museum.
In his speech President of the Museum Mr. Nikos Vlachopoulos made reference to the 10 year of the Museum as well as for the sponsors of 2012. The reception was attended by the Mayor of the City of Dion - Olympus, the military commander of XXIV Armored Brigade Litochorou, spokesman for the Port Authority Scala Katerini, the President and the General Secretary of the Foundation "DIONYSIS PASCHALIS" Mr. Konstantopoulos, representatives of sponsors/donators and friends/members of the Navy Museum Litochorou. The Board Directors of Maritime Museum of Litohoro in the celebration of the protector of sailors St Nicholas - the celebration of ten (10) years 2002 to 2012 orderly and rising function of the Museum since its foundation and also for the completement of one hundred years 1912 - 2012 of release - integration of Macedonia in the National Body:
Invites the members and friends of the Maritime Museum to honor with their presence the otherwise simple/plain (due to economic crisis) banquet that will be hosted on the day of St Nicholas, on 6th of December 2012 time at 11:00 in the morning in the hall of Maritime Museum of Litohoro.
