General Assembly Maritime Museum Litochorou 20th of January 2013

This year's General Assembly is different from the others.
1) Completed 100 years of release - integration of Macedonia in the national body.
2) Marks the 10th anniversary of the Navy Museum
3) It is a time when our country is the most difficult point in its history.

For 100 years the Free Macedonia Maritime Museum organized three months (July and August-September 2012) exhibition with photographs - historical and archival material, with four themes. Revolutionary movements from 1821 to 1903. Macedonian Struggle from 1903 to 1910. Balkan Wars 1912-1913. Feat Admiral Votsi.
Had participated in writing with historical documents of Litochorou and speech in the presentation of the Book of Maltsidis "Admiral Votsi - Balkan Wars" held at the City Hall of Thessaloniki.
Participation and involvement in commemorative event of school parents Katerini speaker Chief Fleet Vice Admiral main Mazarakis. Join the wreath at the statue of N. Votsi in Thessaloniki.
Publication and posting on our website special tribute to 100 years, as well as several interviews and articles in the magazines and electronic media.
With donations of our countrymen we have enriched the Maritime Museum with the famous bronze statue of construction Litochoriti Navy Captain Thanasis Dimitriou.

20/01/2013 Planning ideas and thoughts there are many such as:
Integration of the Museum in the annual school educational tours of the Ministry of Education.
Issue of prospectus enriched with new exhibits physical and intangible cultural heritage.
Exhibition during the summer season JULY - AUGUST - SEPTEMBER themed section will be decided by the Board
Posts and interviews in print and electronic media, and other events that occur in this process.
To achieve these, the will of the Board data is positive. By itself, however, is not enough. Need of money is unfortunately limited. We rely only on your subscriptions.
As a Maritime Museum fit more than 90% of the conditions to give us GG full recognition and despite repeated promises stalling. Why taking Gazette Merton have the state funds and participation in various European projects, which is not efficient in Athenian establishment.
After removing money from foundations Karamanlis - Papandreou - Mitsotaki - Simitis and not snuggle.
Unfortunately we got there, to finance to write the history of our country, those who brought us into this mess.

All of them are from 15-50 years old and empowerment tomorrow physicists guests Litochorou.
Let's take this into account, the market Litochorou and let's embrace the Maritime Museum.
