On Sunday 16th of March 2014 at the Maritime Museum of Litochoro took place the Annual General Meeting of the Museum in 2014 and elections for the new Board of Directors of Maritime Museum. There attended many members of the Nautical Museum. The financial report of 2013 took place and then the following members were voted for candidates for new Board the Naval Museum: VLACHOPOULOS ATHANASSIOS, KOKRANIS ATHANASSIOS, RIGOPOULOS sTAVROS, TRIANTAFYLLOU JOHN, GEORGE TSAROUCHAS, TSINTZAS GEORGE, CHRISTOS FELONIS as well as Auditing Committee: DIMITRIOU ATHANASSIOS, ANTONELIS CHRISTOS, MAROUKIS KYPARISIS.Photos can be seen below:

Today Friday 14th of March 2014 visited and toured the Maritime Museum of Litochoro studentsof the 2nd Elementary school of Katerini, accompanied from their teachers. There they were toured around the exhibits from the President of the Maritime Museum Mr. Vlachopoulo Nick and member of the Board Mr Triantafyllou John. Photos from the tour can be seen below:

On Friday 7th of February 2014 visited and toured the exhibits of Navy Museum Litochorou students of the sixth grade of 2nd primary school Litochorou Section 2 accompanied by their teacher. There they were guided by the President of the Maritime Museum Mr. Vlachopoulo Nick and member of the Board Mr. Felonis Chris. Photos from the tour can be seen below:

On Sunday 2nd of February 2014 visited and toured the Maritime Museum Litochorou the journalist from TV100 Mr. George Rodakoglou, Elias Nteveli of motorsite (www.motorsite.gr) and journalist Lagios Apostolis. There they were toured around the exhibits of Maritime Museum by President Mr. Nikos Vlachopoulos and member of the Board Mr Triantafyllou John. Also at the Maritime Museum they learned about the exhibits such as ships, measuring instruments (compasses - sextants / oktantes etc.), the naval history of Litochorou, and also had the opportunity to get on the bridge (simulation) of a ship type Liberty full equipped (room maps - steering - compasses - room radio, radar, etc.) as well as many other exhibits featuring the Maritime Museum.
