On Sunday 20th of October 2013 in Thessaloniki in front of the bust of Commander of T.11 Nick Votsi took place the "Votsia" (event) from the Naval Command of Northern Greece. There was memorial prayer and wreaths depositions in memory of the crew (of Torpedoship 11) from the Naval Corps, the Army, the Maritime Museum of Litohoro, from people of political sphere as well as clubs (scouts – sea scouts).

Some of them were: Mayor of Thessaloniki Mr. John Boutaris, Commander of Maritime Administration of Northern Greece Mr. Pavloudis Chris, the President of Maritime Museum of Litohoro Mr. Nick Vlahopoulos with a member from the Board of Directors Mr. John Triantafyllou, author of the book: "Nick Votsis and the Torpedoing of Fetchi Bulent Mr. Maltsidis Argyris, representatives from the Army, Navy and a large crowd of people who attended the event.
